How does the integration between Automizely and AdNabu work for Google Shopping ads?

AdNabu has simplified the product review integration process between Automizely and AdNabu. You can go to the ‘Product Review’ section in your ‘Settings’ in the app. You will be redirected to a different page asking to ‘Generate Ticket.’ Here, you can select the format you need for your product reviews. Now, you can raise a ticket with our customer service team.

Our customer support team will reach out to you, walk you through the process, and provide any assistance if needed. Every product review app is integrated via the backend. We conduct thorough technical checks to display reviews on your product listings successfully. AdNabu’s tech and support team are available to assist you throughout the entire process should the need arise.

Which type of reviews will the integration display on my Google Shopping Ads?

Google Shopping Ads only allows star-based reviews for now. Text or image-based review configurations can be completed on Automizely itself. Generally, detailed reviews are displayed on the product landing page.

Can I choose which product reviews appear on my listings?

Google has strict rules for displaying product reviews on your listings. As a consequence, you cannot choose which reviews will appear. This is mandatory to be eligible for their Google Product Ratings Program. All reviews, including low ratings, must be displayed to the consumers. Consumer trust can only be gained by fair practice by businesses.

How are reviews matched to the product(s)?

Google verifies the authenticity of product reviews before publishing them. Google does this by associating different products with their “identifiers” (namely GTINs, SKUs, and MPNs). Once a review is submitted, it is matched to different products based on these identifiers.

While Google may use URLs as product identifiers, GTINs are the most trusted source for product identification.

Can I display my reviews on other marketplaces?

Currently, we offer the product review integration feature only for Google Shopping Ads.

Is there any fee/cost associated with integrating Automizely with AdNabu?

No, we don’t levy an additional fee to use the product review integration feature. Kindly ensure that the pricing plan you’re using allows you to access this feature.

Product review integration with Automizely and other apps is only available for the Advanced and Plus plan users.

What is Google’s Product Rating Policy?

Google has specific policies in place for merchants who wish to partake in Google’s Product Ratings Program.

To display reviews on their ad listings, merchants: a) Must have more than 50 reviews. b) Must submit all reviews, including low ratings. c) ensure that the reviews submitted do not violate copyright laws, are not offensive, or are not spam. d) All reviews should include text of some kind. e) Need to make sure that the identity or contact information of the reviewer is not publicly displayed (such as email ID, phone number, address, etc.)

How long does it take for the reviews to start displaying on my product listings?

Once you raise a ticket, our team will immediately contact you and complete the necessary verifications from our end within 24 hours. Then, your reviews are submitted to Google.

Google verifies every review submitted individually. This process generally takes up to 4 to 5 days. Under certain circumstances, it may even stretch to 14 days. When the reviews are accepted, your Shopping Ads will display them as ratings on your products.

How long does the whole process of integration take?

As soon as you raise the ticket, backend processes happen promptly from our side. Google verifies every rating and review submitted individually and crawls your website, too. This takes time, and only after this ratings and reviews will become visible.

What other Product Review apps are available for integration?

We support almost all product review applications listed on Shopify’s app store. Our team provides expert support on commonly used applications such as Loox, Judge.me, Yotpo, etc.

In the rare case that the app you’re currently using is not supported, you can simply request it to be added, and our tech team will ensure your query gets the highest priority. We are highly committed to enhancing our app compatibility.
