What is instant Shopify sync?

Instant Shopify Sync updates data from your Shopify store to our app. AdNabu creates product feeds for Google Shopping (and other marketing channels) thus, the product feed on our app is automatically synced to Google Merchant Center.

If you are using the Data Feed URL for other marketing channels, the updated product feed will be reflected there, too.

To sync changes made on your Shopify store, such as adding new products, updating product details, or modifying inventory levels, click on ‘Sync Shopify Data’.

Why is Instant Shopify Sync necessary?

Instant Shopify Sync helps merchants with updated and accurate data across all channels. Updated product information is sent to Google Merchant Center. This is necessary for running successful ad campaigns.

How often does the Instant Shopify Sync occur?

If you have enabled Instant Shopify Sync, it will occur immediately after an event occurs in your Shopify store (for advanced plan and above users only).

The instant sync is not available for translations so the multi-language feed will be updated every 24 hours

In case you have disabled Instant Shopify Sync or are on a lower plan, data will only be synced once in 24 hours.

What types of events are synchronized instantly?

Relevant activities in your Shopify store, such as the addition of new products, optimization of product attributes (title, description, taxes, pricing, payments, etc.), or a change in inventory levels, are the activities that trigger instant synchronization.

What happens if there's an error during syncing process with Shopify?

If I make a change on your app, does it sync to my Shopify product feed? How does it work?

No, any changes made in our app are not updated in your store. We do not make changes to your store.
